Description:
This two-day course is designed for septic system professionals who want to be a DNR certified time of transfer inspector. You must have an approval letter from the DNR before registering. Day 1 will be virtual instruction of the DNR TOT code requirements for TOT inspections for real estate transactions and state standardized inspection methods for various septic systems. Day 2 - Meet In-Person to finish covering system inspections ending with a hands on TOT inspection to demonstrate knowledge and a final exam. Must have approval from DNR to register for class. The second day of class will meet at the Onsite Wastewater Training Center, DMACC Ankeny Campus, 2006 South Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny, IA.
