| This course will teach attendees how to correctly perform a percolation test that is compliant with Iowa Code, Chapter 69. Participants will have a hands on experience using soil evaluation results to conduct a code compliant perc test and how to interpret the results to determine the correct system design for the site. Be prepared for outside conditions. For Sanitarians, Boards of Health, Boards of Supervisors, Iowa DNR Only. Pre-requisite: Soil Basics for Onsite Wastewater. Check the DMACC CE schedule for the next available class. Proof of attendance is required at registration. Location: Draintech Plumbing, 2825 Wakefield Circle, Ames, IA. | This section is for SANITARIANS, PUBLIC HEALTH, BOARDS OF HEALTH, BOARDS OF SUPERVISOR, & IOWA DNR ONLY. If you register under this section and do not fit one of these roles, you will be dropped from the course.

Pre-requisite: Must have taken or will be taking the Soil Basics for Onsite Wastewater Treatment Class. Proof of class completion date or date/registered for upcoming class is required.
