| This intensive two-day course will prepare you to take on the Scrum Master role and is taught by a Scrum Alliance Endorsed Scrum Trainer. It will cover pragmatic, time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution and progress reporting. Many facets of Scrum will be examined, including the project lifecycle, accountabilities, events and artifacts. This course is offered in partnership with Collaborative Leadership Team https://collaborativeleadershipteam.com/, led by Christian Antoine or Angela Johnson.
