Meets OBRA and Inspection/Appeals registry requirement. • Testers must arrive at the START time to test. • Registration must include SSN • Student must bring a watch with a second hand to testing • Student must bring a valid photo ID to testing • Scrubs are not required but testers are evaluated on professional appearance • NO CELL PHONE ALLOWED IN HOLDING ROOM OR TESTING SITE ~~TESTERS WILL SCREENED AT THE DOOR AND MUST WEAR A MASK~~ |
