| This two-day course is designed for septic system professionals who want to be a DNR certified time of transfer inspector. You must have an approval letter from the DNR before registering. Day 1 - will cover DNR TOT code requirements for TOT inspections for real estate transactions and state standardized inspection methods for various septic systems. Day 2 - Hands on TOT inspection training of different septic systems at the DMACC Onsite Wastewater Training Center, Qualified Sampler, and DNR Report Database training. Must pass the final exam. Section 101 is for County Environmental Health, Public Health, Boards of Health & Boards of Supervisors, & DNR.
