| Advanced for the experienced. Learn how to produce quality TIG welds on steel, aluminum and stainless steel. This course stresses safety, rod and tungsten selection, machine settings and more. Learn how to prepare surfaces to achieve a quality TIG weld. Prerequisite required: Must know proper techniques and procedures for Oxy-Acetylene welding prior to learning TIG. Necessary personal protective equipment responsibility of each student. PPE responsibility of each student. PPE requirements explained on 1st day of class. Minimum age requirement is 16. | |
