Description:
A traditional Izakaya is an informal Japanese bar that serves tasty snacks along with cocktails of choice. The origin of Izakaya's was simply a sake shop, where people would gather after work to enjoy a cocktail together. Today, the implementation of quality food along with craft cocktails is of high importance in the Japanese culture. At this dinner, a five-course menu will be created based on the concept of an Izakaya experience. A mix of wines, beers, and sakes will be paired to the dinner creating a fun and new experience for many! Tasting prepared by Chef Katie.
