This intensive two-day course will prepare you to take on the Scrum Master role and is taught by a Scrum Alliance Endorsed Scrum Trainer. It will cover pragmatic, time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution and progress reporting. Many facets of Scrum will be examined, including the project lifecycle, roles, ceremonies and artifacts.	This class will cover: The basics of what Scrum is and how it fits into an Agile process How the Scrum Trainer role differs from a traditional project manager The process for organizing, planning, and executing a Scrum project Strategies for applying the Scrum framework to your job in the real world Participants eligible for 14 Education Hours for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner application and 14 PMI PDUs (Professional Development Units).
