Course Description:
Join us in learning why wines taste better with different flavors. Participants will sample a variety of flavors representing sweet, sour, bitter, salt and savory as they pair them with five different wines. Light appetizers will be included at the tasting table. This class will take place on the Ankeny Campus, Building 7, Room 115.
