With an array of complex flavors including sweet, spicy, sour, bitter and salty, you may tend to think Asian food is difficult to pair with wine. However, there is a perfect wine pairing to every Asian dish. Join fellow Iowa Culinary Chefs in a shared tasting experience that will include 5-6 small Asian-themed bites paired with wines that will emphasize a balance of taste sensations to stand up to the assertive Asian inspired flavors. | |
