Description:
This intensive two-day course will prepare you to take on the Scrum Master role and is taught by a Scrum Alliance Endorsed Scrum Trainer. It will cover pragmatic, time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution and progress reporting. Many facets of Scrum will be examined, including the project lifecycle, accountabilities, events and artifacts.
