| The Mediation Prep Course is a 2.5 hour class designed to equip the family law litigants to become familiarized with and successfully navigate the mediation process. This course explains what to expect at mediation, provides an overview of effective preparation strategies and includes instruction on how to avoid common mistakes. This class will focus on assisting represented and unrepresented parties to enhance efficient and productive use of their mediation session and increase the likelihood of a satisfactory outcome. | |
