| Spoil yourself with a gourmet caviar and wine tasting, featuring Iowa Culinary Institute chefs. Your tasting will include some of the finest caviars and sparkling wines from around the world. During this tasting class, you will enjoy five Chef-crafted small plates incorporating a variety of caviar along with an expertly paired sparkling wine or champagne. You will also learn about the history of caviar, the rise of caviar farms and quality levels of caviar production. This will be an evening you don't want to miss! | |
