| This course will look at the history and origins of our Constitution and then proceed to analyze which clauses and interpretations have had the greatest impact on our political economy since its adoption for 13 states in 1789. In conclusion we will examine some model constitutions which could be adopted for a 21st Century America with 50 states. | |
