| Some say all good things must come to an end. But do they? During this tasting, we will be highlighting all ingredients who are at their prime and will soon be gone for yet another year? This dinner isn't as much of a ?good-bye? as it is a celebration of season and life. We will highlight about precious each season is and to always look for ingredients which belong to the season This tasting will include a five-course menu and expertly paired wines celebrating summer, incorporating the perfect tomato, the sweetest ear of corn and the juiciest melon.
