| Updates of changes to state and federal law, rule and regulation will be provided. This class will review dealer license laws, title and registration requirements, Iowa Department of Revenue overview for auto dealers, and the new Iowa DOT ELT system. Auto dealer advertising regulations will be reviewed and updated with FTC requirements as well as information from the Consumer Protection division of the Iowa Attorney General's office. | |
