Description:
Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) is a process for supporting teachers' use of effective teaching practices that lead to positive outcomes for children. Based in the principles of adult learning theory, you will learn planning goals and action steps, engage in focused observation, reflect on and share feedback about teaching practices, and explore coaching within the context of cultural diversity. You'll have the opportunity to enact the cycle with a classroom teacher. No class on July 3.
