| Join us for an evening of authentic Mexican dishes and craft beer. Mexican food is often bright, vibrant and lively ? never afraid of acidity and piquant herbs, and they need a beer that won't dampen their brightness. During this paired tasting, you will enjoy 5-6 small authentic Mexican plates, taught by Chef Katie who learned from Latino cooks while working in Northern California. Chef Lumley will pair these dishes with craft beers that bring a little something extra to the table, making these dishes just a bit more awesome.
