This class will provide dealers with an overview of policies, procedures, law and regulations that must be followed by BHPH dealers in Iowa. New FTC guidelines and requirements for dealer advertising will be provided. Learn how the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - CFPB regulates BHPH operations. The class will familiarize dealers with the forms used in BHPH operations. Information on the new Iowa DOT ELT system will be shared. | |
