| The course will provide an overview about the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and how it's being used to augment real-time customer interaction through mobile messengers, such as Facebook Messenger. You will explore how mobile messengers and messenger bots can help businesses and organizations of all sizes accomplish marketing and customer service objectives; the basics of messenger bot programming; and why consumers are embracing bots as a conversational, convenient alternative to a web site ?menu.'
