A staple in Korean food, Kimchi is a traditional side dish of fermented cabbage, vegetables and spicy seasonings. In this class kimchi will be served with pork belly and a complementary wine. Join us to learn and taste the most famous Korean dish. Please wear closed toed shoes for this class. Must be 21 years or older to attend this class.
