Course Description:
In this class you will learn several different ways to prepare chicken. We will explore the essentials of transforming boring chicken dishes into flavorful meals. Techniques used include both moist and dry heat cooking methods. In addition, you will a learn how to fabricate whole chickens, make a chicken stock and create a variety of sauces.
