The MSF Basic E-Course serves as a resource for anyone interested in riding a motorcycle. The MSF Basic E-Course serves as a resource for anyone interested in riding a motorcycle. You must use a personal computer to take the E-Course. The E-Course must be completed prior to registering for a Basic Rider Course. Following registration for the E-Course, you will be emailed your receipt that includes an attachment with your direct link, link expiration, and instructions detailing how to access the E-Course.
