In the mood for Chinese? You might think of Chinese food as one distinct cuisine, however it is comprised of several distinctly different regional styles of cooking. In this class, you will learn how to use wok to do different Chinese cooking techniques. Enjoy this 2.5 hour hands-on cooking experience aimed at giving you the tools to use the wok to cook just how the Chinese do! Participants will take home their very own rice kit. Please wear closed toed shoes for this class.
