Course provides training and guidance for individuals seeking a role as a Helpdesk professional. Topics to be covered include but are not limited to: Customer Service, Hardware, Software, Security, and Troubleshooting. Each week, students will participate in synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities related to the content and to aid skill development.
