Description:
Course provides training and guidance for individuals seeking a role as a Helpdesk professional. Topics to be covered include but are not limited to: Customer Service, Hardware, Software, Security, and Troubleshooting. Each week, students will participate in synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities related to the content and to aid skill development. Successful students will complete CertMaster Learn A+ Core 1 and Core 2.
