Wine Harvest is an exciting time in grape producing regions. Winemakers around the world race to pick grapes at the peak of ripeness and get them to the fermenter quickly to begin the fruits journey into wine! Although we won't be stomping grapes at this dinner, we will be sharing our knowledge of how harvest looks. An innovative five-course menu will be created using local ingredients and ingredients from amazing wine producing regions around the world. This night we will be preparing the meal in front of you making the event more casual and all encompassing. We look forward to seeing you! Tasting prepared by Chef Katie.
