| The course will teach attendees about soil, site evaluations, and perc tests that are compliant with Iowa Code, Chapter 69. This class will be a combination of classroom and outdoors. Participants will have a hands on experience conducting a code compliant perc test and how to interpret the results. We will also look at how to determine soil type and depth of a confining layer. Be prepared for outdoor conditions. This class is DNR & CIOWTS approved for 6 hours. Location: To be determined | |
