Learn how to create the perfect pate a choux. Mastering this technique will allow you to create an array of sweet and savory treats. You will then create a pastry cream to fill your delicious versatile pastry dough. Students will get to take home their tasty creations at the end of class. Please wear closed-toed shoes for this class.
