This two-day course is designed for septic system professionals who want to be a DNR certified time of transfer inspector. You must have an approval letter from the DNR before registering. Day 1 will be virtual instruction of the DNR TOT code requirements for TOT inspections for real estate transactions and state standardized inspection methods for various septic systems. Day 2 - Meet In-Person to finish covering system inspections ending with a hands on TOT inspection to demonstrate knowledge and a final exam. Must have approval from DNR to register for class. Class on April 27th will meet at Waverly City Hall/Civic Center, Waverly, IA.
