| This is a one hour course covering topics on onsite wastewater. This course is approved by the DNR for TOT inspectors, IOWWA for CIOWTS, and IEHA for county sanitarians. Understanding RV's and Fifth Wheel Campers and their Wastewater Stream: Learn how wastewater stream from recreational vehicle parks/camp grounds can pose treatment challenges due to holding tank chemicals and the concentrated wastewater strength. This presentation reviews the wastewater and water system design and normal operation conditions of an RV park/campground, holding tank treatment chemicals, and design elements to help treat wastewater successfully. | |
